Franklin Real Estate Partners is a fully integrated real estate investment group in Columbus, Ohio. We specialize in finding creative solutions for both homeowners and investors.

Franklin Real Estate Partners’ principals are Russell Taylor and Greg Zytkowski.  We met in the fall of 1996 at The Ohio State University. We are best friends before business partners.  We have been working together in various companies since 2003. We have very strong communication skills and our personalities complement each other in many ways.  Our proven track record of working together across several industries while recognizing our complimentary talents and abilities helped us to focus our efforts toward more profitable ventures; hence Franklin Real Estate Partners LLC. 

Franklin Real Estate Partners was founded in late 2012.  After several hundred transactions, Franklin Real Estate Partners has grown into a full service residential real estate and light commercial real estate firm.  We are licensed real estate agents that handle all aspects of the real estate sales cycle including listing properties for homeowners and helping buyers find their dream homes.  

Our expertise goes further than just being real estate agents as we are full time investors as well.  We purchase properties that can be fixed up and sold or kept as rental properties. We also facilitate passive and active investors by helping busy professionals invest their earned and retirement income in real estate.  We sell fully performing properties to active investors and we borrow funds that generate income for passive investors. Finally, we loan money to other experienced investors. All of these services allows Franklin Real Estate Partners to achieve your goals in any aspect of residential real estate in Central Ohio.
